CMI has developed a range of High Performance Multi-Frequency Feed Networks that can be configured for circular or linear polarization and operates over C, Ku, X/Ka, K/Ka, K/Q, K/K/Ka, and K/Ka/Q bands. Each network is precisely designed as an assembly, to include interactions between all the components, for optimum performance, size, and manufacturability. By combining precision CAD tools, design techniques, and precise fabrication, CMI can produce these high performance devices with no tuning screws. This leads to improved power handling, very low PIM, and the elimination of bench tuning.

Depending on the application, these networks are manufactured by direct machining/EDM or by copper electroforming to provide very low PIM by minimizing joints.
