90° Waveguide Twists

Our catalog of Twists for rotating the plane of polarization in a waveguide transmission line are available in WR3 to WR42. All units are precisely formed to the degree of twist called for while maintaining a uniform cross section of the waveguide. Special attention is paid to these two factors in order to reduce reflections due to discontinuities in the waveguide and mismatch at the flanges. Twists are coinsilver for WR3 and WR4 and are copper for WR5 and up. Electroformed parts below WR3 are also available. In addition to the models listed, Twists with different angles, lengths, & flanges can be supplied on special order

TW12R-90 is a 90-degree twist in WR-12 waveguide with round flanges.
